高层房屋建筑工程施工安全风险管理措施探析

摘要 针对高层房屋建筑工程施工存在的安全风险管理问题,文章构建了包含人员风险、设备风险、材料风险和环境风险四个主要指标的评价体系。采用TOPSIS模型对三个施工方案进行计算分析,得出各方案与理想解的贴近度结果。结果显示,方案1的贴近度最高,表明其安全风险管理效果最佳。该研究有助于为高层房屋建筑工程施工安全风险管理提供科学参考,从而提高施工安全管理水平,降低事故发生率,保障施工人员的人身安全和财产安全,促进建筑行业的可持续发展。 In view of the safety risk management problems existing in the construction of high-rise housing building engineering,this paper constructs an evaluation system including four main indicators of personnel risk,equipment risk,material risk and environmental risk.The TOPSIS model is used to calculate and analyze three construction schemes,and the nearness degree results between each scheme and the ideal solution are obtained.The results show that scheme 1 has the highest nearness degree,indicating that its safety risk management effect is the best.The research is helpful to provide scientific reference for the construction safety risk management of high-rise housing building engineering,so as to improve the construction safety management level,reduce the incidence of accidents,ensure the personal safety and property safety of construction personnel,and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
