小矢跨比上承式钢管混凝土空间桁架拱桥设计

摘要 为解决小矢跨比钢管混凝土景观拱桥结构受力复杂、拱脚推力大的问题,文章对一座净跨径为80 m、净矢跨比为1/8的上承式钢管混凝土拱桥进行了设计分析,提出了采用空间四管桁式截面拱肋及轻型化拱上建筑的结构措施。最后采用通用有限元程序,对全桥结构施工及运营阶段进行了静力分析。研究结果表明,应用这些结构措施,有效提高了拱圈的承载力和稳定性,桥面系减轻了63.4%,小矢跨比钢管混凝土景观拱桥设计满足相关规范要求。 In order to solve the problems of complex structural stress and large thrust at arch foot of concrete-filled steel tube landscape arch bridge with small rise-span ratio,the design of a deck concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge with a net span of 80 m and a net rise-span ratio of 1/8 is analyzed in this paper.The structural measures of adopting spatial four-tube truss section arch ribs and light spandrel structure are put forward.Finally,the static analysis of the whole bridge structure during construction and operation stage is carried out by using the general finite element program.The results show that the application of these structural measures can effectively improve the bearing capacity and stability of the arch ring,and the bridge deck system is reduced by 63.4%.The design of small rise-span ratio concrete-filled steel tube landscape arch bridge meets the requirements of relevant specifications.
