摘要
在岩溶强烈发育地区进行建筑桩基础施工,常常面临较大施工安全风险和成桩质量难以保障的情况,给工程建设带来极大的挑战。文章以广州市白云区某医疗建筑项目的实际工程案例为依托,为保障桩基础施工质量并严控工程造价,在全面分析场地岩溶发育情况对桩基础施工影响的基础上,对桩基础设计方案提出了合理优化调整方案,将超长灌注桩基础优化成筏板基础、刚性桩复合地基等形式,大大缩短桩长并降低了施工难度,同时也减少了溶洞预处理体积。在溶洞预处理方面通过优化注浆浆液配比和注浆管布置达到了精准注浆处理的效果,可为其他类似地质情况的建设项目提供设计与施工参考。
The construction of building pile foundations in areas with strong karst development often faces great construction safety risks and the difficulty in guaranteeing the quality of piles,which brings great challenges to engineering construction.Based on the actual engineering case of a medical building project in Baiyun District of Guangzhou City,in order to ensure the construction quality of pile foundation and strictly control the project cost,puts forward a reasonable optimization and adjustment scheme for the design scheme of pile foundation on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the influence of karst development on the construction of pile foundation.The super-long bored pile foundation is optimized into raft foundation and rigid pile composite foundation,which greatly shortens the pile length and reduces the construction difficulty,and also reduces the pretreatment volume of karst cave.In the aspect of karst cave pretreatment,the effect of precise grouting treatment is achieved by optimizing the grouting slurry ratio and grouting pipe layout,which can provide design and construction reference for other construction projects with similar geological conditions.
