摘要
广州市某商业综合体建筑为控制层高,提升室内净高,塔楼外框与内筒间采用近似平板结构并辅以缓粘结预应力技术,平衡结构板自重,减小楼板挠度,从而减小外框边梁扭矩,合理控制边梁截面。文中比较了预应力楼板和普通楼板的经济性,阐述了预应力设计的主要思路和施工的拆撑顺序,说明预应力大跨度平板结构运用于高层建筑可以达到预期的经济、安全的要求,为同类型建筑结构方案提供了一定的参考价值。
A commercial complex building in Guangzhou to control the floor-to-floor height and enhance the indoor net height,an approximate flat plate structure is adopted between the tower's outer frame and inner cylinder,supplemented by unbonded prestressed technology.This balances the self-weight of the structural slab,reduces the deflection of the floor slab,and thus reduces the torque of the outer frame edge beams,reasonably controlling the section of the edge beams.Compares the economic efficiency of prestressed slabs with that of conventional slabs,elaborates on the main ideas of prestressed design and the sequence of formwork removal during construction,and demonstrates that the application of prestressed large-span flat plate structures in high-rise buildings can meet the expected economic and safety requirements,providing a certain reference value for similar building structural schemes.
