摘要
文章以广州某矮塔斜拉桥为工程背景进行矮塔斜拉桥施工监控技术研究,系统介绍了矮塔斜拉桥的施工监控目的、方法、内容和具体实施过程。采用空间梁单元模型进行施工全过程仿真计算分析,对施工过程中结构安全进行评估。通过自适应控制法施工监控控制技术,最终得到的成桥状态与设计成桥状态吻合良好,各项指标均满足设计与相关规范的要求。所采用的技术方法可供同类型桥梁借鉴与参考。
This article focuses on a low-pylon cable-stayed bridge in Guangzhou as the engineering background to research the construction monitoring technology of low-pylon cable-stayed bridges.It systematically introduces the construction monitoring purposes,methods,content,and specific implementation process of low-pylon cable-stayed bridges.By utilizing a spatial beam element model for simulation calculation and analysis of the entire construction process,it evaluates the structural safety during the construction process.Through the adaptive control method construction monitoring and control technology,the final bridge state obtained is in good agreement with the designed bridge state,and all indicators meet the requirements of the design and relevant specifications.The adopted technical methods can be used as a reference for similar bridges.
