会聚观视域下国际科研合作驱动创新的组态模式研究

Research on the Configuration Mode of International Scientific Research Cooperation Driving Innovation from the Perspective of Convergence

摘要 教育、科技、人才是中国全面建设社会主义现代化的基础性、战略性支撑。高等教育尤其是研究生教育的发展,是提升中国创新能力的重要支柱。面对当前高等教育研究主题的全球性、复杂性和多元性,学科会聚研究组织正以其有效整合学科的先天优势,对开展国际科研合作发挥重要作用。本文从会聚观视域运用fsQCA方法的多案例分析研究了国际科研合作驱动创新能力和拔尖人才培养的组态模式。通过对国内15所学科会聚研究组织案例的分析发现“,全域整合型”“、资源协同型”和“虚拟场域型”是驱动创新能力和拔尖人才培养的3种国际科研合作组态模式。 Education,technology and talent serve as fundamental and strategic supports to build a modern socialist country in all respects.The development of higher education,especially graduate education,is a crucial pillar in enhancing China's innovation capability.Given the global,complex,and diverse nature of current higher education research topics,interdisciplinary research organizations are leveraging their inherent advantage of effectively integrating disciplines,thereby playing a significant role in international scientific research cooperation.The paper employs the fsQCA method from the perspective of convergence to analyze multiple cases and studies the configuration mode of international scientific research cooperation driving innovation capability and top talents cultivation.Through analyzing cases from 15 domestic disciplinary convergence research organizations,it finds that there are three international scientific research cooperation configuration models which drive innovation capabilities and cultivate top talents:"holistic integration","resource synergy",and"virtual field".
