摘要
为了有效减少Lyocell纤维分丝梳断丝,介绍Lyocell纤维的特性,分析手动滑轮式、液压式、气动式、电动式4种常见升降机构的传动方式及优缺点,提出一种用于Lyocell纤维生产线的新型电动传动升降机构设计方案,详细阐述该新型升降机构的传动介质选择、主传动部分结构、导向管设置以及使用注意事项。指出:新型电动传动升降机构解决了Lyocell纤维生产线的分丝梳断丝问题,随动随停,升降平稳,配合变频器可实现匀速和变速需求,也可以通过升降杆的速度和丝束情况相应调整工艺参数。
In order to effectively reduce the Lyocell fiber separating carding breaking,the characteristics of Lyocell fiber are introduced,the transmission modes,advantages and disadvantages of four common lifting mechanisms such as manual pulley type,hydraulic type,pneumatic type and electric type are analyzed,and a new electric transmission lifting mechanism design scheme for Lyocell fiber production line is proposed.The selection of transmission medium,the structure of main transmission part,the setting of guide tube and the precautions for use of the new lifting mechanism are described in detail.It is pointed out that the new electric transmission lifting mechanism can solve the problem of separating carding breaking of Lyocell fiber production line,and it can stop with the movement,the lifting is stable,and the needs of uniform speed and variable speed can be realized with the frequency converter,and the process parameters can also be adjusted according to the speed of the lifting rod and the tow situation.
