降低用棉量和成纱棉结的生产实践

摘要 为了降低用棉量及成纱棉结数量,以纺半精纺18.2 tex纱、集聚纺CJ 14.5 tex纱以及特27.8 tex纱为例,详述通过做好清梳联落棉率控制,减少纤维损伤,降低络筒工序回丝率,有效降低用棉量的措施;通过合理配置清梳前部机组工艺参数,适当调整配棉成分比例及梳理机部分工艺参数,优化细纱工序前胶辊压力、隔距及络纱张力设置,降低成纱棉结数量。通过不同方案的纺纱数据对比,指出:在不断加强工艺研究和管理后,纱线综合制成率提高至91%以上,单月用棉量可节约142.9 t,成纱棉结合格率由70%提高至90%以上。 In order to reduce cotton consumption and the number of neps in yarn,taking semi-worsted 18.2 tex yarn,compact spinning CJ 14.5 tex yarn and special 27.8 tex yarn as examples.The measures of reducing fiber damage,reducing the waste rate of winding process,and effectively reducing the amount of cotton used by controlling the noil rate of blowing-carding are described in detail.By rationally configuring the process parameters of the pre-carding unit,appropriately adjusting the proportion of cotton composition and some process parameters of the carding machine,optimizing the setting of front cot pressure,gauge and winding tension in the spinning process,the number of neps in yarn is reduced.By comparing the spinning data of different schemes,it is pointed out that the overall fabrication rate of the yarn has been improved to 91%or above,and that 142.9 tons of cotton have been saved per month,the neps qualified rate of the yarn has been improved from 70%to 90%or above,after continuously strengthening the process and management.
