摘要
自噬指细胞利用溶酶体分解细胞内老化的细胞器和不正确折叠的蛋白质等,再利用降解物质和细胞内的有害物质,为细胞提供所需能量。正常情况下,自噬水平较低,但当细胞遭受损害时,自噬机制被触发。自噬相关蛋白,如自噬效应蛋白1(Beclin1)、微管相关蛋白轻链3(LC3)和泛素结合蛋白(p62)等,在宫颈癌中的表达受到抑制,这在宫颈癌的形成和进展中发挥了关键作用。本文就自噬调控宫颈癌的发生和发展展开综述,为宫颈癌治疗提供新的靶点。
Autophagy refers to the degradation of aging organelles and misfolded proteins by lysosomes,and the reuse of degradable substances and intracellular harmful substances to provide energy for cells.Under normal conditions,the level of autophagy is low,but the autophagy mechanism is triggered when the cell suffers damage.The expression of autophagy-related proteins,such as Beclin1,LC3,and p62,is suppressed in cervical cancer,which further plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.This article reviews the occurrence and development of cervical cancer regulated by autophagy in order to provide new targets for cervical cancer treatment.
