人性化护理在子宫肌瘤患者手术室护理中的应用效果

目的 研究人性化护理在子宫肌瘤患者手术室护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年3月至2022年6月德州市陵城区人民医院收治的86例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为常规组(n=43)与分析组(n=43)。常规组采用常规护理,分析组在常规组的基础上采用人性化护理,比较两组术后肛门排气时间、手术时间、术中出血量及并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果 分析组较常规组术后肛门排气时间、手术时间更短,术中出血量更少(P<0.05);分析组并发症总发生率比常规组更低(P<0.05);分析组较常规组的护理总满意率更高(P<0.05)。结论 人性化护理在子宫肌瘤患者手术室护理中的应用效果较好。

Objective To study the application effect of humanized nursing in the operating room nursing of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 86 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Dezhou Lingcheng District People’s Hospital from March 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the conventional group(n=43)and the analysis group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The conventional group was given routine nursing,and the analysis group was given humanized nursing on the basis of the routine group.The postoperative anal exhaust time,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the conventional group,the postoperative anal exhaust time and operation time of the analysis group were shorter,and the intraoperative blood loss was less(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the analysis group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the analysis group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of humanized nursing in the operating ro om nursing of patients with uterine fibroids is better.
