团队协作式在线指导在急诊创伤患儿院前护理中的应用效果

Application effect of team collaboration online guidance in prehospital care of children with emergency trauma

目的探讨团队协作式在线指导在急诊创伤患儿院前护理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析苏州大学附属儿童医院急诊医学科2023年1月至10月诊治的163例创伤患儿资料,依据是否使用团队协作式在线指导分为对照组(82例)、观察组(81例)。对照组采取传统院前急救护理,观察组在传统院前急救护理基础上加用团队协作式在线指导。采集比较两组患儿生命体征指标、护理服务质量评分和并发症总发生率。结果观察组患儿入院时的生命体征指标和护理服务质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论团队协作式在线指导可以提高急诊创伤患儿救治效果与服务质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of team collaboration online guidance in prehospital care of children with emergency trauma.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 163 children with trauma treated in the Emergency Medicine Department of Children’s Hospital of Soochow University from January to October 2023.According to whether team collaboration online guidance was used,they were divided into a control group of 82 cases and an observation group of 81 cases.The control group received traditional prehospital emergency care,while the observation group received team collaborative online guidance on the basis of traditional prehospital emergency care.The vital signs indicators,nursing service quality scores,and the total incidence rate of complications between the two groups were collected and compared.Results The vital signs indicators and nursing service quality scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Team collaboration online guidance can improve the treatment effectiveness and service quality of emergency trauma children,and is worth promoting.
