基于问题的教学法联合基于案例的教学法在妇科肿瘤临床教学中的应用

摘要 目的研究基于问题的教学法(PBL)联合基于案例的教学法(CBL)在妇科肿瘤临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月福建医科大学临床医学系本科专业学生80名为研究对象,利用已建立依托于超星数据库的妇科肿瘤病案库,采用随机数字表法分为研究组(采用PBL+CBL教学方式)与对照组(采用PBL教学方式),两组各40名。通过不同教学方式授课后,比较两组在妇科肿瘤方向理论知识、实践技能考核成绩(百分制评分)及教学效果方面的差异。结果研究组首次考核的理论知识成绩、实践技能考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。首次考核后3个月的再次考核中,研究组理论知识成绩、实践技能考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在提高学习兴趣、提升临床思维能力、增加对妇科肿瘤学临床工作兴趣及对教学法的满意度上,研究组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科肿瘤临床教学中生实施PBL+CBL教学方式可显著提升教学效果,具有推广价值。 Objective To study the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with casebased learning(CBL)in the clinical teaching of gynecological oncology.Methods From January to December 2022,80 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine at Fujian Medical University were selected as the study participants.They were divided into two groups with random number table method,each consisting of 40 students,the control group using the PBL teaching method and the study group using the PBL+CBL teaching method with the gynecologic oncology case database that had been established in the Superstar database.The theoretical knowledge,practical skill assessment scores(percentage scoring),and teaching effect were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge score and the practical skill assessment score of the study group were higher than those of the control group in the first assessment(P<0.05).In the re-assessment conducted three months after the first assessment,the theoretical knowledge score and the practical skills assessment score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The teaching effectiveness evaluation(increased interest in learning,improved clinical thinking skills,increased interest in clinical work in gynaecological oncology)and teaching satisfaction of the study group were also higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the PBL+CBL teaching method for the undergraduate students in clinical teaching of gynecological oncology can significantly enhancing the teaching effect,and has value for promotion.
