基于扎根理论的我国医养结合高质量发展政策文本分析

Policy Text Analysis of High-quality Development of Integrated Elderly Care and Medical Services in China based on Grounded Theory

目的:分析我国医养结合高质量发展政策文本,为完善医养结合高质量发展的政策体系提供参考。方法:基于扎根理论对25份医养结合高质量发展相关政策文件进行文本分析。结果:通过开放性编码,整理得到105项原始概念和25个范畴;通过主轴编码,进一步提炼出10个主范畴;通过选择性编码,归纳出系统整合、组织整合、专业整合和服务整合4个核心范畴。结论:医养结合高质量发展政策文件在4个核心范畴上仍存在不足,应进一步加强顶层设计、促进多元主体协同、完善人才培养、建立需求评估标准,实现医养结合高质量发展。

Objective To analyze the policy texts on the high-quality development of integrated elderly care and medical services in China,and to provide reference for improving relevant policies system on the high-quality development of integrated elderly care and medical services.Methods Based on the grounded theory,25 policy documents related to the high-quality development of integrated elderly care and medical services were analyzed.Results 105 original concepts were sorted out,and 25 categories and 10 main categories were sorted out through open coding.Through selective coding,four core categories were summarized,including system integration,organization integration,professional integration and service integration.Conclusion There are still shortcomings in the four core areas of policy documents related to the high-quality development of integrated elderly care and medical services.It is necessary to further strengthen the top-level design,promote the coordination of multiple subjects,improve personnel training,and establish demand assessment standards to achieve high-quality development of integrated elderly care and medical services.
