Current Situation,Dilemmas and Countermeasures of Digital Chronic Disease Management

当前,我国慢病防控形势严峻,数字化技术的快速发展,为慢病管理工作提供了新的思路和方法。尽管数字化慢病管理在理论研究和实践应用层面都有一定进展,但在医疗服务、医药供应、医保政策、信息化建设、制度保障、患者参与等方面也面临新的困境,亟需探寻解决之策,促进数字化技术有效赋能慢病管理。

At present,the situation of chronic disease prevention and control in China is grim,and the rapid development and wide application of digital technology provides new ideas and methods for chronic disease management.Although digital chronic disease management has made some progress in theoretical research and pra ctical application,it also faces new dilemmas in medical service,medicine supply,health insurance policy,informatization construction,system guarantee,and patient participation.It is necessary to put forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the effective empowerment of digital technology for chronic disease management.
