低碳经济视域下绿色物流的法律思考

Legal Reflection on Green Logistics from the Perspective of Low-Carbon Economy

在发展低碳经济成为国际共识的背景下,绿色物流作为符合低碳经济发展趋势的新兴物流模式应运而生。绿色物流模式凭借其绿色、可持续、高质量等优势,不仅能够促进物流行业的高效健康发展,而且能对低碳经济的发展起到重要的保障作用。然而,放眼我国绿色物流建设状况,不难发现,绿色物流发展模式仍存在欠缺,需不断更新优化。文章从绿色物流的基本概述入手,阐述发展绿色物流的必要性,并从国内外视角分析绿色物流的相关法律法规,分析我国绿色物流发展存在的法律难题并提出解决对策,以期为绿色物流法律法规的完善提供思路,促进我国绿色物流的高质量发展,为发展低碳经济保驾护航。

Against the backdrop of the international consensus on developing a low-carbon economy,green logistics has emerged as an emerging logistics model that conforms to the development of low-carbon economy.The green logistics model has the advantages of being green,sustainable,and of high quality,which can not only promote the efficient and healthy development of the logistics industry,but also play an important role in ensuring the development of low-carbon economy.However,looking at the development status of green logistics in China,it is not difficult to find that there are still some shortcomings in the development of green logistics model,which need to be continuously improved.The article starts with the basic overview of green logistics to elaborate on the necessity of developing green logistics,and then analyzes the relevant laws and regulations of green logistics from domestic and foreign perspectives to explore the legal difficulties in the development of green logistics in China and proposes solutions,aiming at providing ideas for the improvement of laws and regulations of green logistics,promoting the high-quality development of green logistics in China,and safeguarding the low-carbon economy.
