基于扎根理论的物流业制造业融合发展模式研究

Research on the Integrated Development Model of the Logistics Industry and Manufacturing Industry Based on the Grounded Theory

推动物流业与制造业融合发展是深化供给侧结构性改革、推动经济高质量发展的现实需要,也是提高物流发展质量与效率、深入推动物流降本增效的必然选择。文章采用扎根理论的研究方法,对物流业与制造业融合发展模式相关的一手资料与二手资料进行了系统的开放式编码、主轴性编码和选择性编码,以构建一个全面融合发展的理论模型。研究结果表明,物流业与制造业的融合主要涉及五个维度:信息资源融合、企业主体融合、设施设备融合、业务流程融合和标准规范融合。这些融合维度可以共同促进物流业与制造业的融合发展。

Promoting the integrated development of the logistics industry and manufacturing industry is a practical necessity for deepening the supply-side structural reform and driving the high-quality economic development.It is also an inevitable choice to further improve the quality and efficiency of logistics development and comprehensively promote the cost reduction and efficiency improvement of logistics.This article adopts the grounded theory to systematically conduct open coding,axial coding,and selective coding on first-hand and second-hand data related to the integrated development model of the logistics industry and manufacturing industry,thus constructing a comprehensive theoretical model of integrated development.The research results indicate that the integration of the logistics industry and manufacturing industry mainly involves five dimensions,which are the integration of information resources,integration of business entities,integration of facilities and equipment,integration of business processes,and integration of standards and specifications.These integration dimensions jointly promote the integrated development of the logistics industry and manufacturing industry.
