随着全球化的加速推进和数字技术的发展进步,跨境电子商务得以快速发展,有利于促进国际贸易和经济一体化。中俄两国在地缘政治、经济发展及文化交流等方面具有深厚的合作基础,跨境电子商务的兴起为两国的贸易合作提供了新的经济增长点,影响着双边经贸关系,以及区域经济合作模式。因此,文章将通过定量分析的方法探讨中俄跨境电子商务贸易的影响因素及发展潜力,并提出中俄跨境电子商务的发展建议,以期为政策制定者和业界提供决策参考,促进两国电子商务贸易的健康发展并优化国际贸易结构。

With the acceleration of globalisation and the advancement of digital technology,the cross-border e-commerce has rapidly developed,which is conducive to promoting the integration of international trade and economy.China and Russia have a deep foundation of cooperation in geopolitics,economic development and cultural exchanges and other respects.The rise of cross-border e-commerce provides a new growth point for the trade cooperation between the two countries,and affects the bilateral economic and trade relations,as well as the mode of regional economic cooperation.Therefore,this paper will explore the inf luencing factors and development potential of cross-border e-commerce trade between China and Russia by the means of quantitative analysis,and put forward suggestions on the development of cross-border e-commerce between China and Russia,with a view to providing decisionmaking references for policy makers and the industry,promoting the healthy development of e-commerce trade between the two countries and optimising the structure of international trade.
