Improvement of the Supply Chain Security Capability Based on the Policy Support System Analysis

供应链这一概念产生于20世纪80年代,主要是因为之前的独立性管理模式已无法满足变化的市场需求,多个企业需要相互合作、优势互补,以此来增强自身的市场竞争力。供应链对企业而言至关重要,但供应链管理是一个由多方参与的整体,很多因素都会对供应链的任一环节造成破坏,进而使整个供应链受到影响。为了在激烈的市场竞争中保持活力,企业在进行供应链设计时应当考虑安全因素,提高供应链的安全能力。同时出台相关政策,为其提供政策支持。文章基于供应链安全面临的困境,提出供应链安全能力的提升策略,为企业在当前的市场环境下打造高效的供应链提供参考。

The concept of supply chain was born in the 1980s,mainly because the previous independent management model could not meet the needs of market changes,and multiple enterprises needed to cooperate with each other and complement each other's advantages,in order to enhance their competitiveness in the market.Supply chain is very important for enterprises,but the supply chain management is a whole involving many parties,and many factors will cause damage to any link of the supply chain,and then affect the whole supply chain.In order to maintain vitality in the fierce market competition,enterprises should consider security factors in the design of supply chain and improve the security capability of the supply chain.At the same time,relevant policies should be introduced to provide policy support for enterprises.Based on the difficulties faced by supply chain security,this paper puts forward some strategies for improving supply chain security capability,and provides references for enterprises to build an efficient supply chain under the current market environment.
