场域情境化职业教育物流新实训标准建构模式研究

摘要 随着数字经济的深入发展,职业教育物流类实训教学条件的建设标准正亟待更新以符合物流产业的智改数转要求。文章旨在构建一套符合场域情境化职业教育需求的物流新实训标准,通过文献综述揭示现行实训模式的不足之处,阐述场域情境化实训的理论与实践意义。在设计研究方法论的框架下,采集并分析物流领域职业教育的相关数据,评估现状并确立新标准的建构原则。基于对物流类职业教育现状的深入分析,提出具有场域情境特征的实训模式,并在实际教学中实施,进一步通过系统评估确认其有效性与普适性。通过建构新的实训标准,提升物流类职业教育培养过程的适应性与实效性,推动职业教育实践教学向高水平迈进,也为相关专业教学条件建设及实训模式创新提供借鉴。 With the deepening development of the digital economy,there is an urgent need to update the construction standards of teaching conditions for vocational education logistics practical training to meet intelligent reconstruction and digital transformation requirements for the logistics industry.This paper aims to establish a set of new practical training standards for logistics that align with the filed situational vocational education.Through a literature review,it reveals the shortcomings of current practical training models and elucidates the theoretical and practical significance of field situational practical training.Under a research methodology framework,the study collects and analyzes relevant data of the vocational education in the logistics field,assesses the current situation,and establishes the principles for constructing new standards.Based on an in-depth analysis of the current state of logistics vocational education,this research proposes a practical training model characterized by contextualized scenarios,implements it in actual teaching,and further confirms its effectiveness and applicability through systematic evaluation.The construction of new practical training standards aims to enhance the adaptability and efficacy of the vocational education process in logistics,push vocational practical teaching to a higher level,and provide references for the construction of teaching facilities and the innovation of practical training models.
