摘要
加热炉中的渣油结焦倾向对炼厂生产具有重要的指导作用。在高压反应釜中以长庆石化公司减压渣油为原料,350—430℃下进行模拟焦化,设定不同真空度和加热时间,发现在20、10、4 kPa工况下,分别在410、390、370℃时产生软焦。采用TGA(热重分析仪)分析加热产物的结焦倾向,结果表明:减压渣油结焦量随实验温度升高(20 kPa压力加热60 min,350℃结焦量3.985%增加至410℃结焦量31.451%)、压力降低(370℃加热60 min,20 kPa结焦量6.100%增加至4 kPa结焦量15.740%)和加热时间的延长(4 kPa压力350℃,加热60 min结焦量3.386%增加至120 min结焦量7.566%)而增加。
The coking propensity of residual oil plays an important role in refinery production.In order to investigate the influence of operating condition on vacuum residue coking propensity,the vacuum residue of Petrochina Changqing Oilfield company was used to conduct simulated coking at the temperature range from 350℃to 430℃for different pressure and heating time duration in an autoclave.The experiment results show that soft coking is formed at 410,390,370℃under 20,10,4 kPa,respectively.The TGA results demonstrate that the coking rate increases with the heating temperature raising(heating under 20 kPa for 60 min producing 3.985%coking at 350℃while 31.451%coking at 410℃),pressure decreasing(heating at 370℃for 60 min producing 6.100%coking under 20 kPa while 15.740%coking under 4 kPa),and the heating time increasing(producing 3.386%coking heating for 60 min while 7.566%coking heating for 120 min at 20 kPa and 350℃).
