摘要
精神分裂症是一种严重的高致残精神障碍,发病机制复杂且尚不明确,临床上仍缺乏客观的诊疗指标。大量证据表明,遗传因素对精神分裂症的发生与转归至关重要,遗传相关标志物颇具应用前景。本文围绕精神分裂症的候选遗传学生物标志物相关研究进行综述,以期为精神分裂症的精准诊疗提供参考。
Schizophrenia is a serious and highly disabling mental disorder,its pathogenesis is complex and unclear,and there is still a lack of objective clinical diagnosis and treatment indicators.A large amount of evidence had shown that genetic factors play important roles in the development and prognosis of schizophrenia,and genetic-related markers have great application prospects.This paper reviews the research on candidate genetic biomarkers of schizophrenia in order to provide reference for the precise diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenia.
