新质生产力促进老年人公共体育服务高质量发展研究

New Quality Productivity for High-quality Development of Public Sports Services for the Elderly

新质生产力融合了大数据、云计算、人工智能、物联网等前沿技术,显著提升了老年人公共体育服务的效率与质量,实现了服务的个性化与多元化,增进了老年人的健康福祉与社会和谐。通过分析政策文件、技术特性与老年人需求,提出新质生产力与老年人公共体育服务融合的六大逻辑点,包括技术驱动与需求匹配、以人为本与服务便捷、可持续发展与创新驱动、跨界合作与资源共享、数智赋能与模式变革、政策引导与社会支持。同时,结合实践探索,展示了政策引导与项目示范、技术应用与场景创新、社会参与与多元共治、跨域整合与资源共通、智慧养老与体育融合以及评估反馈与持续改进等具体做法。旨在为相关政策制定和实践操作提供科学依据和参考,推动新质生产力在老年人公共体育服务中的广泛应用和深入发展。

New quality productivity integrates cutting-edge technologies such as big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,and the internet of things,it significantly improve the efficiency and quality of public sports services for the elderly,achieve personalized and diversified services,and enhance the health and well-being of the elderly and social harmony.This study proposes six logical points for the integration of new quality productivity and public sports services for the elderly by analyzing policy documents,technological characteristics,and the needs of the elderly.These include technology driven and demand matching,people-oriented and convenient services,sustainable development and innovation driven,cross-border cooperation and resource sharing,digital empowerment and model change,as well as policy guidance and social support.At the same time,combined with practical exploration,specific practices such as policy guidance and project demonstration,technology application and scenario innovation,social participation and diverse governance,cross domain integration and resource sharing,integration of smart elderly care and sports,evaluation feedback and continuous improvement were demonstrated.Therefore,it can provide scientific basis and reference for relevant policy formulation and practical operation,and promote the widespread application and in-depth development of new quality productivity in public sports services for the elderly.
