体育与健康跨学科主题学习:内涵阐释、逻辑镜鉴及实践应用

摘要 体育与健康跨学科主题学习(ITLPEH)不仅是促进学生全面发展、落实融合育人和创新育人理念的重要载体,还是纾解体育学习目标离散化、内容碎片化、实施浅层化、评价技能化的重要推手,但这一新兴课程样态却面临内涵模糊、教师困囿于如何设计与实施等现实难题。因此,镜鉴“联系(C)-共享(S)-合伙(P)”跨学科体育教学模式及其经验,从立足体育、主题统整、学科跨越、问题解决四大维度厘清ITLPEH的内涵,进而构筑行动逻辑,为一线体育教师统筹设计、组织切实有效的教学,提供灵活的、可操作的实践指南。ITLPEH应遵循五层逻辑链条:共创教研共同体,保障跨学科体健知识融合再造;遴选聚合性体健主题,融创层次式跨学科知识;预设结果与证据,引航跨学科体健教学深化学习效果;明晰学科跨越样态,锚定跨学科体健实施模式;围绕进阶性体健问题,统筹学习思维与教学程序。以逻辑为抓手,以学习“排球扣球”为例,找准“何以实现最快排球挥臂速度”现实难题,生成“挥臂与鞭梢效应”主题,通过“熟手共享”型教学将动力链理论、动能定理等体健与物理大概念化于跨学科主题学习,为落实ITLPEH提供应用性范例。 Interdisciplinary Thematic Learning in Physical Education and Health(ITLPEH)is not only an important vehicle for promoting the all-round development of students,implementing integrated education,and fostering innovative educational concepts,but it is also a significant promoter in alleviating the fragmentation of physical education learning goals,content fragmentation,superficial implementation,and skill-oriented evaluation.However,this emerging form of curriculum faces practical challenges such as vague connotations and difficulties for teachers in designing and implementing it.Therefore,by drawing on the“Connection(C)-Sharing(S)-Partnership(P)”interdisciplinary physical education teaching model and its experiences,we clarify the connotation of ITLPEH from four dimensions:grounding in physical education,thematic integration,disciplinary crossing,and problem-solving,thus constructing an action logic to provide flexible and operational practice guidelines for front-line physical education teachers to design,organize,and implement effective teaching.ITLPEH should follow a five-tier logical chain:creating a researchteaching community to ensure the reintegration of interdisciplinary physical health knowledge;selecting aggregated physical health themes to innovate layered interdisciplinary knowledge;presupposing outcomes and evidence to guide the deepening of interdisciplinary physical health teaching effects;clarifying the forms of disciplinary crossing to pinpoint the implementation model of interdisciplinary physical health;and focusing on progressive physical health issues to coordinate learning thinking and teaching procedures.By grasping the logic,we can accurately address real-world problems such as“how to achieve the fastest volleyball arm swing speed”by generating the theme of“arm swing and whip effect”.Through a“skilled practitioner sharing”type of teaching,kinetic chain theory,kinetic energy theorem,and other major concepts of physical health and physics can be incorporated into interdisciplinary thematic learning,providing an applicable example for the implementation of ITLPEH.
