某院审方干预系统关于中成药审方规则的设置与实践

The setting and practice of traditional Chinese medicine formulary rules in the prescription intervention system of a hospital

目的 基于某院PASS药师审方干预系统,建立并逐步优化中成药处方审方规则库。方法 通过前置审核结合人工审核、处方医嘱点评,参照专家共识、指导原则等提炼出中成药审方规则并嵌入药师审方干预系统。结果 建立包括适应证、用法用量、重复用药、联合用药、遴选药品、医保审查等中成药审方规则库,拦截不合理处方。结论 中成药审核规则库的建立,在中成药前置审方中发挥重要作用,能提高药师审方效率,促进中成药的合理用药。

Objective Based on the PASS pharmacists prescription review intervention system in a hospital,the prescription review rule base of Chinese patent medicine prescriptions was established and gradually optimized.Methods Through pre-review and manual review,prescription comments,expert consensus and guiding principles,the prescription review rules of Chinese patent medicine were extracted and embedded in the pharmacist prescription review intervention system.Results A prescription review rule base on Chinese patent medicine,including indications,usage and dosage,repeated drug use,combined drug use,drug selection,and medical insurance review was established to block unreason-able prescriptions.Conclusion The establishment of the review rule which base on Chinese patent medicine plays an important role in the pre-review of Chinese patent medicine,improving the efficiency of pharmacists'prescription review and promoting the rational use of proprietary Chinese medicines.
