摘要
选择正常蛋形的小裂纹蛋90枚,均分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复10枚,分别是对照组、固体石蜡组和胶带组。结果表明,在受精率方面,固体石蜡组、胶带组、正常组之间无显著差异(P>0.05),但3组的受精率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);死胚率方面,由高到低分别为对照组>固体石蜡组>胶带组>正常组,其中胶带组与正常组差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著低于固体石蜡组和对照组(P<0.05);孵化率方面,由高到低分别为正常组>胶带组>固体石蜡组>对照组,4组之间均有显著差异(P<0.05);健雏率方面,除对照组之外,固体石蜡组、胶带组、正常组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。通过多个指标的比较,认为用胶带对裂纹SPF鸡蛋修补是比较好的处理方法,有较好的经济效益。
Ninety small crack eggs with normal egg shape were selected and divided into three groups.Each group had three replicates,with 10 eggs in each replicate,namely the control group,solid paraffin group,and adhesive tape group.The results showed that there was no significant difference in fertilization rate among the solid paraffin group,transparent glue group,and normal group(P>0.05),but the fertilization rates of the three groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);In terms of embryo death rate,the order from high to low was the control group>solid paraffin group>transparent glue group>normal group.The difference between the transparent glue group and the normal group was not significant(P>0.05),but significantly lower than that between the solid paraffin group and the control group(P<0.05);In terms of hatching rate,the order from high to low was normal group>transparent glue group>solid paraffin group>control group,with significant differences among the four groups(P<0.05);In terms of hatching rate,except for the control group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the solid paraffin group,the transparent glue group,and the normal group.Through the comparison of multiple indicators,it is believed that using tape to repair cracked SPF eggs is a good treatment method and has good economic benefits.
