摘要
为了解沙咪珠利的对牛球虫的驱虫效果,该研究选择蒙古牛开展驱虫试验。选取2家牧户设为A、B 2组,分别设置用药组和对照组。应用饱和盐水漂浮法和卵囊计数法对蒙古牛球虫驱虫前后的感染情况进行检测。结果发现,用药A组日增重0.8248 kg高于对照A组0.6081 kg;用药B组日增重0.6338 kg高于对照B组的0.5125 kg,且差异显著,同时2个分组的用药组的转阴率和卵囊减少率均高于对照组。该研究证明了沙咪珠利对蒙古牛的球虫有很好的驱杀效果,驱除球虫对蒙古牛增重有显著效果,研究结果可为当地的球虫防控工作提供理论指导。
In order to investigate the impact of Ethanamizuril on bovine coccidia,a deworming trial was conducted on Mongolian cattle.Two herds were divided into groups A and B,each consisting of a treated group and a control group.The infection status of coccidia in Mongolian cattle was assessed before and after deworming using the saturated saline flotation and oocyst counting method.Results indicated that group A's treated cattle had a daily weight gain of 0.8248 kg,surpassing the control group A's 0.6081 kg;similarly,group B's treated cattle had a daily weight gain of 0.6338 kg,higher than the control group B's 0.5125 kg,with a significant difference observed.Furthermore,the oocyst negative conversion rate and oocyst reduction rate in the treated groups of both divisions were higher compared to the control groups.These findings suggest that Ethanamizuril effectively expels coccidia in Mongolian cattle,leading to a notable improvement in weight gain.The study's outcomes offer valuable insights for local coccidiosis prevention and control strategies.
