摘要
通过对10份新疆糜子(Panicum miliaceum L.)种质的农艺及产量性状进行分析综合筛选,参试各材料性状间普遍存在显著性差异和相关性。在同样的种植栽培条件下,根据生育期变幅55~83 d,将XY、HBH分为超早熟材料,HP、H33、HK、HC分为早熟材料,TL、BRG分为中熟材料,TLD、WS为晚熟材料。在籽粒产量方面变幅为1905.95~4237.12 kg/hm^(2),H33产量最高。各种质间的农艺及产量性状的变异程度通过变异系数及多样性指数来表达,各种质之间的变异幅度在7.92%~43.71%,遗传多样性指数变化范围为2.22~2.57,均值为2.33。系统聚类分析,将10份材料分为籽粒高产材料、饲料高产材料、早熟材料3类。隶属函数分析对各材料综合得分D值进行排序,对选用材料进行筛选。
Through analysis and comprehensive screening of agronomic and yield traits of 10 Xinjiang prosomillet(Panicum miliaceum L.)germplasm,significant differences and correlations were generally found among the tested materials.Under the same planting and cultivation conditions,XY and HBH are classified as super early maturing materials based on a growth period variation of 55~83 days.HP,H33,HK,and HC are classified as early maturing materials,TL,BRG are classified as late maturing materials,TLD and WS are classified as late maturing materials.In terms of grain yield,the variation range is 1905.95~4237.12 kg/hm^(2),with H33 having the highest yield.The degree of variation of agronomic and yield traits among different qualities is expressed through coefficient of variation and diversity index.The range of variation between different qualities is between 7.92%and 43.71%,and the range of genetic diversity index variation is between 2.22 and 2.57,with a mean of 2.33.System clustering analysis divides 10 materials into three categories:high-yield materials for grains,high-yield materials for feed,and early maturing materials.The membership function analysis sorts the comprehensive score D values of each material and screens the selected materials.
