乡村振兴背景下职业农民培训模式及问题分析

Analysis of Vocational Farmers'Training Models and Their Problems in the Context of Rural Revitalization

“三农”问题一直都是国家重点关注的问题,近年,随着乡村振兴战略的实施,职业农民培训问题成为社会关注的焦点,职业农民无论是农业种植理念还是种植方式,都区别于传统农民。职业农民以更加科学合理的方式开展农业生产,更具现代化特色。因此,对职业农民进行培训,提升职业农民的素养,显得越来越重要。该文就乡村振兴背景下职业农民培训模式及其问题进行分析,目的在于推动职业农民培训事业健康发展,提升农民综合素质和职业技能。

In recent years,with the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the training of professional farmers has become the focus of social attention.Professional farmers are different from traditional farmers in terms of agricultural planting concepts and planting methods.Professional farmers carry out agricultural production in a more scientific and reasonable way,with more modern characteristics.Therefore,it is more and more important to train and improve the quality of professional farmers.This paper analyzes the training mode and problems of vocational farmers under the background of rural revitalization,aiming at promoting the healthy development of vocational farmers'training and improving their comprehensive quality and vocational skills.
