移动式水肥一体化滴灌机的设计与试验

摘要 我国西北丘陵山区较为干旱,滴灌效率低,为实现丘陵山区农业作物的高效灌溉,设计了一款小型移动式水肥一体化滴灌机,采用小型汽油机驱动水泵,PLC通过控制电动流量调节阀对流量进行控制,液位器对储水桶和肥料桶的液位进行反馈,通过操作触摸屏实现固定模式滴灌和手动调节滴灌。试验表明,该喷灌机能够进行自动滴灌和手动操作滴灌,滴灌误差小,适用于丘陵山区滴灌。 The northwest hilly area of China is relatively arid,and the efficiency of drip irrigation is low.In order to realize the efficient irrigation of agricultural crops in hilly and mountainous areas,the study designs a small a integrated water and fertilizer drip irrigation machine,uses a small gasoline engine to drive the pump.PLC controls the flow by controlling the electric flow regulating valve.The liquid level device feedbacks the liquid level of the water storage bucket and the fertilizer bucket,and realizes the fixed mode drip irrigation and manual adjustment drip irrigation by operating the touch screen.The experiment shows that the sprinkler can carry out automatic drip irrigation and manual drip irrigation.The drip irrigation error is small,and it is suitable for drip irrigation in hilly and mountainous areas.
