摘要
常规的智能电表运行状态评价方法以一级可靠性指标为主,受到二级指标权重的影响,状态评价结果存在失误问题。设计了基于改进机器的智能电表运行状态评价方法,筛选智能电表运行状态评价指标,确定状态评价的一级指标与二级指标,通过二级权重分析方式避免电表状态评价失误问题。基于改进机器建立电表运行状态健康评级,通过电表运行状态健康评级上下界将智能电表运行状态评价划分为正常、异常、故障等状态,确保状态评价的准确性,采用对比实验验证了该方法的状态评价准确性更高,能够应用于实际生活中。
The conventional smart meter operation state evaluation method is mainly based on the first-class reliability index,which is affected by the weight of the second-class index,and the state evaluation result has the problem of error.Therefore,the operation state evaluation method of smart meter based on improved machine is designed.The operation status evaluation indicators of smart meters is selected.The primary and secondary indicators of status evaluation are designed,and the problem of meter status evaluation errors is analyzed by means of secondary weight analysis.Based on the improved machine,the health rating of the operation state of the smart meter is established.Through the upper and lower bounds of the health rating of the operation state of the meter,the operation state evaluation of the smart meter is divided into normal,abnormal,fault and other states to ensure the accuracy of the state evaluation.Comparative experiments show that the method has higher accuracy of state evaluation and can be applied in real life.
