摘要
为了提高火车运输效率和安全性,针对火车超偏载检测问题,分析了基于激光扫描的火车车厢物料统计方法,根据不同车厢内部结构特点,设计了一种适用于多种车厢的火车超偏载检测系统。该系统由激光雷达扫描测量、火车状态测量及数据处理等部分组成。采用激光雷达扫描测量进行车厢建模,通过火车状态测量获取并发布车厢类型、推车行进速度、位置等信息,利用数据处理接收激光雷达数据和火车状态测量数据,根据实际工况特点采用相应的算法进行物料识别与信息统计,作为判断火车超偏载的依据。现场测试结果表明,该系统具有良好的识别效果和工程应用价值。
In order to improve the efficiency and safety of train transportation,the study analyzes the material statistics method of train carriage based on laser scanning according to train overloading detection,and designs a train carriage detection system which is suitable for various carriages according to the internal structure characteristics of different carriages.The system consists of laser radar scanning measurement,train status measurement and data processing.The study uses lidar scanning measurement for carriage modeling;obtains and publishes information such as carriage type,trolley speed and position with train status measurement;receives liDAR data and train status measurement data with data processing;conducts material identification and information statistics as the basis for judging the over-biased load of the train according to the characteristics of actual working conditions with corresponding algorithm.Field test results show that the system has good recognition effect and engineering application value.
