水电站集控中心监控系统的设计及调试分析

摘要 随着大数据、云计算、人工智能等技术的高速发展,人们对水电站的安全运行与绿色发展提出了更高的要求。但水电站系统普遍存在集控能力弱、通信质量差、水电监测管理不全面等问题。介绍了通信与记录、监视与控制、诊断与恢复与人机互联等功能,以网络通信、自动集控、电线通信进行站控级与地控级的系统结构设计,在系统数据库、画面进行集成分析的基础上进行离线调试与在线调试,以系统应用为探究结果,论证该系统整体有效。 With the rapid development of big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence,etc.,people have proposed higher requirements for the safe operation and green development of hydropower stations.Problems,such as weak centralized control ability,poor communication quality and incomplete hydropower monitoring management,etc.,are common in hydropower station system.The study introduces the functions of communication and recording,monitoring and control,diagnosis and recovery and man-machine interconnection;designs the system structure of station control level and ground control level with network communication,automatic centralized control and wire communication.On the basis of integrated analysis of system database and screen,offline debugging and online debugging are carried out,and the overall effectiveness of the system is demonstrated by the results of system application.
