摘要
目的:观察双眼视觉训练联合三棱镜在间歇性外斜视术后患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年10月至2023年10月该院收治的98例间歇性外斜视手术患儿进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组各49例。对照组术后14 d采用三棱镜训练,研究组在对照组基础上联合双眼视觉训练。比较两组训练后视功能恢复率、眼位正位率和生命质量[中文版间歇性外斜视患者生存质量量表(CIXTQ)]评分。结果:术后24周,两组同时视、融合视、立体视等视功能恢复率均高于术后1周,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组眼位正位率为93.88%(46/49),高于对照组的73.47%(36/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后24周,两组社会心理、视觉功能等CIXTQ评分均高于术后1周,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双眼视觉训练联合三棱镜训练应用于间歇性外斜视术后患儿可提高视功能恢复率、眼位正位率和生命质量评分的效果优于单纯三棱镜训练。
Objective:To observe application effects of binocular vision training combined with triangular prism training in postoperative children with intermittent exotropia.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 98 children with intermittent exotropia who were admitted to this hospital from October 2022 to October 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with triangular prism training 14 days after the surgery,while the study group was combined with binocular vision training on the basis of that of the control group.The visual function recovery rate,the eye position correction rate,and the quality of life[Chinese version of the intermittent exotropia questionnaire(CIXTQ)]score were compared between the two groups after the training.Results:24 weeks after the surgery,the recovery rates of visual function such as simultaneous vision,fusion vision and stereoscopic vision in the two groups were higher than those 1 week after the surgery,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The orthophoria rate in the study group was 93.88%(46/49),which was higher than 73.47%(36/49)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).24 weeks after the surgery,the CIXTQ scores of social psychology and visual function in the two groups were higher than those 1 week after the surgery,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Binocular vision training combined with triangular prism training can improve the recovery rate of visual function,the orthophoria rate and the quality of life scores in the postoperative children with intermittent exotropia.Moreover,it is superior to simple triangular prism training.
