补肾生血汤联合常规西药治疗再生障碍性贫血患者的效果

Effects of Bushen Shengxue decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in treatment of patients with aplastic anemia

目的:观察补肾生血汤联合常规西药治疗再生障碍性贫血(AA)患者的效果。方法:选取2021年7月至2023年6月该院收治的84例AA患者进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组各42例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合补肾生血汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后外周血象指标[血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板计数(PLT)、白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数(ANC)]水平、中医证候积分、白细胞介素(IL;IL-6、IL-10)水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为88.10%(37/42),高于对照组的69.05%(29/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组Hb、PLT、WBC、ANC水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组IL-6、IL-10水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论:补肾生血汤联合常规西药治疗AA患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善外周血象指标水平,降低中医证候积分和IL水平的效果优于单纯常规西药治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Bushen Shengxue decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in treatment of patients with aplastic anemia(AA).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 84 patients with AA admitted to this hospital from July 2021 to June 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Bushen Shengxue decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the peripheral hemogram indexes[hemoglobin(Hb),platelet count(PLT),white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil count(ANC)]levels,the TCM syndrome score,the interleukin[interleukin(IL)-6,IL-10]levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.10%(37/42),which was higher than 69.05%(29/42)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of Hb,PLT WBC and ANC in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse events occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusions:Bushen Shengxue decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of the AA patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the levels of peripheral blood indexes,and reduce the TCM syndrome scores and the interleukin levels.Moreover,it is superior to simple conventional Western medicine treatment.
