黄葵胶囊联合常规西药治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者的效果

Effects of Huangkui capsules combined with conventional Western medicine in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy

目的:观察黄葵胶囊联合常规西药治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年3月至2023年6月该院收治的120例早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组予以常规西药(达格列净+贝那普利)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合黄葵胶囊治疗,两组均连续治疗12周。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后肾功能指标[血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、估算肾小球滤过率(eGFR)]、尿蛋白指标[尿微量白蛋白(UAlb)、尿微量白蛋白与肌酐比值(UACR)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%(54/60),高于对照组的63.33%(38/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组BUN、Scr水平低于对照组,eGFR水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组UAlb、UACR水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:黄葵胶囊联合常规西药治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善肾功能指标水平,降低尿蛋白指标水平,效果优于单纯常规西药治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Huangkui capsules combined with conventional Western medicine in treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:The clinical data of 120 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to this hospital from March 2021 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine(Dapagliflozin+Benazepril),while the observation group was treated with Huangkui capsules on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy,the levels of renal function indexes[serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),estimated glomerularfiltration rate(eGFR)]and urinary protein indexes[urinary microalbumin(UAlb),urinary microalbumin to creatinine ratio(UACR)]before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%(54/60),which was higher than that of the control group 63.33%(38/60),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of BUN and Scr in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the level of eGFR was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of UAlb and UACR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Huangkui capsules combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of the patients with early diabetic nephropathy can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the levels of renal function indexes,and reduce the levels of urinary protein indexes.Moreover,it is superior to simple conventional Western medicine treatment.
