质量控制小组管理在手术室护理管理中的应用效果

Application effects of quality control group management in operating room nursing management

目的:观察质量控制小组管理在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年5月至2021年5月该院50名手术室护理人员为对照组,实施常规护理管理;选取2021年6月至2022年6月该院50名手术室护理人员为观察组,实施质量控制小组管理。比较两组管理前后护理管理质量、质量控制标准、工作压力评分,以及不良事件发生率。结果:管理后,观察组护理管理质量评分和护理文书书写、操作规范、器械物品管理等质量控制标准评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,观察组专业工作、患者护理等工作压力评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率为2.00%(1/50),低于对照组的16.00%(8/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:质量控制小组管理应用于手术室护理管理可提高护理管理质量、质量控制标准评分,降低工作压力评分和不良事件发生率,效果优于常规护理管理。

Objective:To observe application effects of quality control group management in operating room nursing management.Methods:A total of 50 operating room nurses in the hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the control group to implement routine nursing management;from June 2021 to June 2022,50 operating room nurses in the hospital were selected as the observation group,and the quality control group management was implemented.The quality of nursing management,the quality control standards,the work stress score before and after the management,and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:After the management,the scores of nursing management quality and quality control standards such as nursing document writing,operation standard and instrument management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the management,the scores of work stress such as professional work and patient nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.00%(1/50),which was lower than 16.00%(8/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of quality control group management in the operating room nursing management can improve the quality of nursing management and the quality control standard scores,and reduce the work stress scores and the incidence of adverse events.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing management.
