医护一体化护理模式在阿尔茨海默病患者中的应用效果

Application effects of doctor-nurse integration nursing model in patients with Alzheimer’s disease

目的:观察医护一体化护理模式在阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月至2023年3月该院收治的92例AD患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施医护一体化护理,比较两组护理前后心理状态[正性负性情绪量表(PANAS)]评分、认知功能[简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)]评分、日常活动能力[日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)]评分。结果:护理后,两组正性情绪评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,两组负性情绪评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组语言功能、记忆力、定向力、回忆能力、计算力等各项MMSE评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组工具性日常生活活动能力、基本自理能力等各项ADL评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体化护理应用于AD患者,可改善患者心理状态,提高认知功能和日常生活能力,效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of doctor-nurse integration nursing mode in patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 92 AD patients admitted to this hospital from March 2021 to March 2023.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the doctor-nurse integration nursing.The scores of psychological state[positive and negative affect schedule(PANAS)],cognitive function[mini mental status examination(MMSE)]and daily activity ability[activities of daily living(ADL)]were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:After the nursing,the positive emotion scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the negative emotion scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the MMSE scores of language function,memory,orientation,recall ability and calculation ability in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the nursing,the ADL scores of instrumental activities of daily living and basic self-care ability in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The doctor-nurse integration nursing in the AD patients can improve the psychological state of these patients and improve their cognitive function and daily living abilities.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
