摘要当电池发生自放电行为时,会造成系统内部电池间SOC差异变大,可能造成电池的过充电和过放电,影响系统容量发挥。本文研究了磷酸铁锂电池充电电压和搁置后电压关系,选取特定SOC状态电池,研究其在常温(25℃)和高温(45℃)下的电压降规律。同时对比电池电压和容量的微分曲线(dV/dQ-S O C),并对实验电池进行了批量验证和持续跟踪,得到具备指导生产应用的自放电筛选工艺条件。
