发制品行业企业战略选择与实施路径研究——以R公司为例

摘要 随着全球经济一体化的不断深入,中国发制品行业正面临前所未有的发展机遇与挑战。文章以发制品行业R公司为例,通过SWOT分析法识别了R公司的优劣势、机遇与潜在威胁,提出以增长型(SO)战略为核心的发展策略,建议从产品创新、市场多元化、品牌建设、运营流程优化、研发投入增加、财务稳健性提升等方面实现公司战略发展。 With the continuous deepening of global economic integration,China’s hair products industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges for development.The article takes hair products industry R company as an example,identifies its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and potential threats through SWOT analysis method,puts forward with growth oriented(SO)strategy as the core of the development strategy,realizes the strategic development of the company from the aspects of product innovation,market diversification,brand building,operation process optimization,increased resecrch and development investment and improved financial robustness.
