摘要
建立高频燃烧-红外碳硫分析法测量碳空白的二次测量法。在对红外碳硫分析仪内部燃烧炉进行保养后,使用低空白值的试剂来进行降低和稳定空白值处理。在降低和稳定空白值处理后,使用标准物质,经过初次校准、二次校准碳硫分析仪,然后测量碳空白值。结果表明,经过二次校准,碳元素空白平均值-0.00002%,极大值0.00008%,碳空白二次测量法完全排除了碳空白对试样测量的影响。该方法准确度好、精密度高,适用于高频燃烧-红外碳硫分析法测量碳元素时校准空白值。
A secondary measurement method for measuring carbon blank value by infrared carbon sulfur analysis is established.After the internal combustion furnace of the infrared carbon sulfur analyzer is maintained,use reagent with low blank value to reduce and stabilize the blank value.After the reduction and stabilization of the blank value treatment,the carbon blank value is measured after the primary calibration and secondary calibration of the carbon sulfur analyzer using the standard material.The results show that after secondary calibration,the mean value of carbon blank is-0.00002%,and the maximum value is 0.00008%.The influence of carbon blank on sample measurement is completely eliminated by the method of carbon blank secondary measurement.The method has good accuracy and high precision,and can be used to calibrate the blank value in the measurement of carbon elements by high frequency combustion-infrared carbon-sulfur analysis.
