年产3.7万吨异丙醇项目的异丙醇精馏塔模拟优化

Simulation and Optimization of Isopropyl Alcohol Rectification Tower in an Isopropyl Alcohol Unit with an Annual Output of 37,000 Tons

摘要 运用Aspen Plus软件,对拟建年产3.7万吨丙烯水合制异丙醇项目中异丙醇精馏塔进行模拟优化。通过比较板式塔和填料塔的异丙醇精馏模拟分析,确定采用填料塔装置,填料塔的理论塔板数34块,总填料高度17 m,回流比为10,选用二甘醇作为萃取剂。精馏塔模拟结果经Aspen Plus V11中的Column Internals进行塔盘结构设计,并进行塔的水力学校核,表明该精馏塔对异丙醇的精馏有较好的效益,得到的异丙醇质量分数为99.9%。 Using Aspen Plus software,the isopropyl alcohol distillation tower in the proposed project to produce isopropyl alcohol with an annual output of 37,000 tons of propylene was simulated and optimized.By comparing the simulation analysis of isopropyl alcohol distillation between plate column and packed column,it is determined that the packing column device is used,the theoretical plate number of packed column is 34,the total packing height is 17 m,the reflux ratio is 10,and diethylene glycol is selected as the extraction agent.The results of Column Internals in Aspen Plus V11 were used to design the tray structure,and the hydraulic check of the column was carried out.The results showed that the column had a good effect on the rectification of isopropyl alcohol,and the obtained isopropyl alcohol mass fraction was 99.9%.
