摘要
当前科技加速发展,分馏技术作为石油加工生产技术之一,在石油化工企业中的应用不断增多,为石油化工企业生产效率提升发挥着重要作用。随着生产要求的不断提高,分馏工艺也在不断改进和优化中,企业只有不断加大对压力容器技术的改良和优化,才能促进技术进步,提升生产效率。现阶段,分馏塔在石油化工企业中应用比较多,这种应用导致提炼的石油物质质量好坏需要受到分馏塔影响,这对于后期提炼纯度也会造成影响,不利于石油化工企业生产效益提升。对此就石油分馏工艺技术原理进行分析,说明该技术工艺的优势和不足,为石油分馏的工艺技术应用提供一些指导。
With the rapid development of Science and Technology,fractionation technology,as one of the petroleum processing and production technologies,is increasingly applied in petrochemical enterprises,which plays an important role in enhancing the production efficiency of petrochemical enterprises.With the continuous improvement of production requirements,the fractionation process is also constantly improving and optimizing,only by increasing the improvement and optimization of pressure vessel technology,can the enterprise promote technological progress and enhance production efficiency.At present,the fractionating tower is widely used in petrochemical enterprises,which leads to the quality of the refined petroleum substances need to be affected by the fractionating tower,which will also affect the purity of later refining,not conducive to the petrochemical enterprises to improve production efficiency.This paper analyzes the principle of petroleum fractionation technology,explains its advantages and disadvantages,and provides some guidance for the application of petroleum fractionation technology.
