摘要
研究分析了化工工艺中常见的危险特性,包括易燃易爆性、毒性和腐蚀性。通过实验测试和数值模拟,确定了这些特性的定量指标和影响因素。在此基础上,提出了相应的安全控制技术,如本质安全设计、过程参数优化和多重保护层等。结果表明,采用这些技术显著提高了化工过程中的安全性,可将事故发生概率降低85%,潜在损失减少70%。研究为化工过程安全管理提供了理论依据和实践指导。
This study analyzes the common hazardous characteristics in chemical processes,includingflammability,explosiveness,toxicity,and corrosiveness.The quantitative indicators and influencing factors of these characteristics were determined through experimental testing and numerical simulation.On this basis,corresponding security control technologies were proposed,such as intrinsic safety design,process parameter optimization,and multiple protection layers.The results indicate that the use of these technologies significantly improves the safety of chemical processes,reducing the probability of accidents by 85%and potential losses by 70%.The research provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for chemical process safety management.
