摘要
采用原子荧光光谱仪分析测试多金属矿中痕量硒的含量。通过过氧化钠高温碱熔样品,然后通过阳离子交换树脂去除铜、铅、钴、锌等过渡元素的干扰,酸化还原后经原子荧光光谱仪分析测试。硒检出限为0.0046μg/g,检出下限为0.0183μg/g;GBW07367、GBW07368、GBW07369三件多金属矿石成分分析标准物的测定值的相对标准偏差分别为4.70%、3.56%、2.86%,均小于10%;三件多金属矿物实际样品的相对标准偏差为1.55%,3.56%,2.20%,均小于10%。该方法结果准确性和精密度好,适合多金属矿物中的痕量硒的分析测定。
To analyze and test the trace selenium content in polymetallic ores using atomic fluorescence spectrometer.The sample was melted with sodium peroxide at high temperature alkali,and then the interference of transition elements such as copper,lead,cobalt,and zinc was removed by cation exchange resin.After acidification reduction,it was analyzed and tested by atomicfluorescence spectrometer.The detection limit of selenium is 0.0046μg/g,and the lower detection limit is 0.0183μg/g;The relative standard deviations of the measured values of the three polymetallic ore composition analysis standards GBW07367,GBW07368,and GBW07369 are 4.70%,3.56%,and 2.86%,respectively,all of which are less than 10%;The relative standard deviations of the three actual samples of polymetallic minerals are 1.55%,3.56%,and 2.20%,all of which are less than 10%.The accuracy and precision of this method are good,and it is suitable for promoting the analysis and determination of trace selenium in polymetallic minerals.
