POM注塑磁性粒料的制备及性能分析

摘要 使用POM作为黏结剂,制作磁性复合材料。通过实验研究磁粉含量对材料磁性能、拉伸强度、冲击强度的影响,并与PA6磁性复合材料做对比。结果表明POM磁性材料在磁粉含量在89%时,剩磁和磁能积取得最大值,PA6磁粉含量越大,性能越好;两种磁性材料的磁粉含量提升,拉伸强度下降,但PA6的优于POM的。两种磁性材料室温冲击强度基本一致,但POM的低温冲击强度更好。用注塑机注塑外径Φ60.25×47.3×14内充8极的转子样品,POM的多极磁场分布满足电机应用要求。 Magnetic composites were prepared by using POM as binder.The effects of magnetic powder content on magnetic properties,tensile strength and impact strength of PA6 magnetic composites were studied by experiments,and compared with PA6 magnetic composites.The results show that when the magnetic powder content of POM is 89%,the remanence and magnetic energy product reach the maximum value,and the higher the magnetic powder content of PA6,the better the performance.The magnetic powder content of the two magnetic materials increased and the tensile strength decreased,but PA6 was better than POM.The impact strength of the two magnetic materials at room temperature is basically the same,but the low temperature impact strength of POM is better.The rotor sample with an external diameter of Φ60.25×47.3×14 was injected with an injection molding machine,and the multi-pole magneticfield distribution of POM met the requirements of motor applications.
