摘要
线缆具有能量传输、信号传递等作用,被广泛应用于通信、电力、能源、交通、石化、建筑等领域,市场需求量日益增大。在各类电气引发的火灾中,电气线路是引发电气火灾的主要起火源,作为电缆产品中的重要组成部分,电缆料的阻燃改性尤为重要。本文介绍了无卤阻燃电缆料的研究背景和应用现状。重点从无机阻燃剂阻燃电缆料和复合阻燃剂阻燃电缆料两个方面综述了无卤阻燃电缆料的国内外研究进展。简要介绍了无卤阻燃电缆料的相关标准,最后总结分析了无卤阻燃电缆料相关标准在使用过程中存在的问题。
Cables can transmit energy and signals,and are widely applied in fields such as communication,electricity,energy,transportation,petrochemicals and construction,with increasing market demand.In various types of electrical fires,electrical circuits are the main source of ignition.As an important component of cable products,flame retardant modification of cable materials is particularly important.The research background and application status of halogen-free flame-retardant cable compounds were introduced.And the research progress on halogen-free flame-retardant cable compounds both domestically and internationally was also reviewed,focusing on inorganic flame-retardant cable compounds and complex flame-retardant cable compounds.Ultimately,the problems in the use of relevant standards for halogen-free flame-retardant cable compounds were summarized and analyzed.
