摘要
水性锈转化底漆乳液是一种功能性乳液,可以通过种子乳液聚合合成。本水性转锈底漆是使用采用单宁酸作为转化促进剂,乳液作为成膜物质,异丙醇作为渗透剂来使用,本研究是合成一款水性锈转化底漆乳液,探索乳化剂用量、Tg、核壳设计、丙烯酸用量对水性锈转化底漆的稳定性和性能影响,寻找最佳量。研究结果表明,水性锈转化底漆乳液的乳化剂用量为1.5%,Tg设在15℃,AA量为1.5%制备出来的,配出来水性锈转化底漆稳定性最好,硬度达到HB,耐弯曲1.5 mm,耐冲击50 cm,附着力达到1级。
Waterborne Rust conversion primer emulsion is a functional emulsion,which can be synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization.This waterborne rust conversion primer uses tannic acid as conversion promoter,emulsion as film-forming substance and isopropanol as penetrant.A waterborne rust conversion primer emulsion was synthesized,the effects of emulsifier dosage,Tg,nuclear shell design and acrylic acid dosage on the stability and properties of waterborne rust conversion primer were investigated.The results showed that the emulsifier content of the emulsion was 1.5%,TG was set at 15℃,AA content was 1.5%,the stability of the emulsion was the best,and the hardness was HB,bending resistance of 1.5 mm,impact resistance of 50 cm,adhesion of 1 grade.
