摘要
以生活污水处理厂未回流的活性污泥为主要制备原材料,添加蓝藻作为增碳剂,采用葵瓜子壳灰烬的浸取液为活化剂,共同制备蓝藻-污泥复合型活性炭,并与KOH做活化剂制备出的蓝藻-污泥复合型活性炭进行吸附性能的比较。结果表明,当污泥-蓝藻的投配比为5∶5、炭化温度500℃、甲基绿模拟废水800 mg/L、震荡时间40 min、400 g葵瓜子壳燃烧后的灰烬所浸取出的浸取溶液做活化剂,在上述的最佳条件下制备出的复合型活性炭对甲基绿分子染料的吸附量达到了323 mg/g比用KOH做活化剂制备的复合型活性炭在相同的吸附条件下吸附量高出26.7 mg/g。充分说明了蓝藻-污泥复合型活性炭的可能性,同时也为制备廉价的活性炭提供了思路。
The activated sludge that has not been refluxed in the domestic sewage treatment plant was used as the main raw material,cyanobacteria were added as the carburizer,and the leaching solution of sunflower seed shell ash was used as the activator to jointly prepare the cyanobacteria-sludge composite activated carbon,and the adsorption performance was compared with the cyanobacteria-sludge composite activated carbon prepared by KOH as the activator.The results showed that when the sludge-cyanobacteria ratio was 5∶5,the carbonization temperature was 500℃,the methyl green simulated wastewater was 800 mg/L,the shaking time was 40 min,and the leaching solution leached from the ashes of sunflower seed shells after burning was used as the activator,the adsorption capacity of the composite activated carbon prepared under the above optimal conditions reached 323 mg/g,which was 26.7 mg/g higher than that of the composite activated carbon prepared with KOH as activator under the same adsorption conditions.The possibility of cyanobacteria-sludge composite activated carbon was fully illustrated,and ideas were also provided for the preparation of cheap activated carbon.
