摘要
接要:实验建立了保健茶中37种新精神活性物质的高效液相色谱串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)测定方法,样品中37种新精神活性物质采用乙腈提取,经QuEChERS方法净化后,Poroshell 120 EC-C_(18)(100 mm×2.1 mm i.d., 2.7μm)色谱柱分离,高效液相色谱串联质谱测定,外标法定量。方法的检出限为1~10μg/kg。在测定范围0~50μg/L内方法的线性关系良好(R>0.999 0)。进行3个水平浓度的回收率测试,方法的平均回收率在74.9%~94.7%,相对标准偏差在2.7%~11.8%。结果表明,本实验建立的方法简单快速、准确、灵敏度高,能满足保健茶中37种新精神化合物的检测要求。
A method based on high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established for the determination of 37 new psychoactive substances content in health tea.37 new psychoactive substances in samples were extracted by acetonitrile and purified by QuEChERS,respectively.The compounds was separated and determined by HPLC-MS/MS,in which Poroshell 120 EC-C_(18)(100 mm×2.1 mm i.d.,2.7μm)was used as chromatographic column,and quantified by external standard method.The limits of detection using external standards were 1 to 10μg/kg.The linear relationship was good within the range of 0 to 50μg/L(R>0.9990).The average recoveries from spiked samples at the three different concentrations ranged from 74.9%to 94.7%,with relative standards deviation(RSD)of 2.7%to 11.8%.The experimental results showed that the method was simple,rapid,accurate and highly sensitive,it may be effectively applied to the monitoring of of new psychoactive substances in health tea.
