摘要
列举了宝钢湛江钢铁使用的六种不同的澳大利亚焦煤CC1、CC2、CC3、CC4、CC5和CC6,分别进行了工业分析、粒度分析、煤岩分析和小焦炉试验对比,并结合实际生产配比结构、焦炭质量和配煤成本,对澳大利亚焦煤的使用特点进行归纳总结和评价。数据表明澳大利亚焦煤灰硫较低,但粒度分布不均,粒度>10 mm的煤块工业分析和粘结指标劣化明显,使用时需要根据其粒度性质变化,及时调整粉碎细度和配用比例,且澳煤大部分为单一煤种,灰中碱金属含量和催化指数较低,除CC6外单种煤小焦炉热强度CSR均能达到60%以上,结合实际配用情况,六种澳煤的性价比排名依次为CC3、CC2、CC1、CC4、CC5和CC6。
The six different types of Australian coking coal(CC1,CC2,CC3,CC4,CC5,and CC6)used by Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron&Steel were listed,conducting industrial analysis,particle size analysis,petrographic analysis,and small-scale coke oven tests for comparison.By combining these with actual production blending structures,coke quality and coal blending costs,the characteristics of Australian coking coal usage were summarized and evaluated.The data showed that Australian coking coal had low ash and sulfur content but an uneven particle size distribution.For particles>10 mm,significant deterioration in industrial analysis and bonding indexes was observed.It was necessary to adjust the crushing fineness and blending ratios according to changes in particle properties.Additionally,most Australian coals were single-coal types with low alkali metal content and catalytic index in ash.Except for CC6,the small-scale coke oven thermal strength CSR of single coal types can reach over 60%.Based on actual usage situations,the cost-performance ranking of the six types of Australian coal was as follows:CC3,CC2,CC1,CC4,CC5,and CC6.
